Setelah Agit diusir dari Rumah Vici terlihat seorang lelaki bernama Debon menghampirinya. Debon mencoba menanyakan penyebab sebenarnya tetapi Agit pergi meninggalkan Debon yang masih dalam rasa penasaran. Agit pergi ke Halte bis tetapi tak tau harus naik apa dan kemana. Hingga datang seorang anak bernama Candra yang sempat melihat kejadian pengusirannya.

Ia yang tidak mengenal bocah itu malah menyanyikan sebuah lagu yang keluar sepontan dari mulutnya, ia tak hanya bernyanyi, ia juga memainkan gitar kesayangannya. Candra mencoba menyodorkan sebuah kantong permen dan berharap ada yang memberinya uang. Ia melihat seorang gadis yang memberi uang 5 ribu merekam suara Agit.

muncul seorang pereman menghampiri mereka, Candra menarik keras Agit untuk lari dan bersembuyi. Niken yang merekam suara Agit malah melakukan rapat dengan timbip-bop dan menunjukkan lagu Agit yang direkamnya tadi agar menjadi inspirasi bagi produk yang akan diluncurkan Niken, Simon mengejek Ratna akibat kejadian tadi malam pada saat pesta di Rumah Katrin, Katrin marah dan meninggalkan Simon untuk menemui pak Parjan yang ikut membantu pesta Kathrin.

Mitra dari PT TOM datang untuk rapat. Pak Parjan membuka rapat, Vici yang datang terlambat terpaksa duduk disebelah Ratna tetapi Kemal menyuruh Vici duduk dikursinya sehingga Vici dan Ratna terhalang oleh Kemal.

Tim abu-abu suka dengan konsep yang diberikan tetapi, Niken menunjukkan rekaman Agit dan menyuruh untuk merubah konsepnya. Vici meninggalkan rapat yang belum selesai dan pergi naik Taksi, ditengah perjalanan Vici terjebak macet dan menghayalkan awal pertemuannya dengan Agit.

Candra mengajak Agit pergi kesuatu rumah yang Agit belum tau pasti. Sampai disuatu gang kecil Candra dan Agit berjalan menuju suatu rumah, sampai di rumah itu Agit yang kelaparan dan lemas muntah-muntah, Agit dirawat oleh mbak Fabi.

Perlindungan Masyarakat (Linmas) curiga dengan laki-laki yang ada di rumah encing Candra malah membawa encing Candra dan Candra ke kantor Linmas, untuk minta kepastian. Di Kantor itu terdengar siaran radio memutar lagu Agit yang dinyanyikan di halte bersama Candra.

Semua orang di kantor mendengar bahwa ada yang mencari orang dalam rekaman itu. Candra mengatakan aku tahu dan langsung meminjam telepon untuk menelpon radio tersebut berharap mendapat imbalan 2 juta, Candra langsung member alamat. Bang Kribodan bang Toyib yang mendengar segera mengunjungi alamat tersebut. Candra pulang menjemput Agit dan melihat sebuah mobil berisikan bang Toyib dan bang Kribo, mereka lari ke kantor Linmas dan menjelaskan kejadian sebenarnya.

Terjadi keributan hingga datang Ajun Komisaris Polisi (AKP) sitanggang melerai, bang Kribo memaksa untuk membawa Agit tiba-tiba Kemal datang dan terjadi tawar menawar. Vici datang menghampiri Agit. Agit yang kebingungan diberikan saran oleh Vici lalu keluar dengan lesu. Tim kreatif abu-abu pun berdiskusi, tim pun dikejutkan dengan kehadiran Vici memberikan saran, Agit pun melakukan rekaman jingle yang lirik aslinya sudah menggambarkan cinta.

Kampaye bip-bop sukses besar, grup musik Agit pun sukses dengan penari latar yang cantik-cantik. Ia datang kerumah Vici dan memberikan sebuah cincin dan berbisik, “kamu masih marah?. ”Vici tersenyum dan Agit memainkan gitarnya sambil menyanyikan lagu Aku Tak Marah.

Novel karya Djokolelono, menceritakan sebuah kehidupan sehari- hari seorang pemuda bernama Agit, Berawal dari kemarahan Vici kepada Agit, sebab salah tidur dengan Ratna di pesta ulang tahun Kathrin, salah seorang temannya. Agit pasrah meninggalkan Rumah Vici yang sudah dianggapnya Rumah sendiri.

Dalam novel ini juga diceritakan seorang anak kecil yang menjadi teman Agit. Masuknya anak kecil tersebut membuat cerita semakin menarik, karena kecerdasannya membawa Agit mendapatkan kembali apa yang harus menjadi miliknya. Bocah kecil itu bernama Candra, seorang anak yang masih duduk di sekolah dasar (SD). Candra diceritakan sebagai seseorang yang lebih dewasa dari umurnya, tetapi sifat kanak-kanaknya masih ada.

Di awal cerita novel ini sedikit sulit di mengerti apa maksudnya. Namun Djokolelono membuat cerita seperti terbagi dua, menceritakan dari dua sisi tokoh yang berbeda, sehingga membuat pembaca tidak bosan dengan cerita yang monoton. Jadi babak cerita itu bagaikan iklan dalam sebuah film. Tetapi tetap menjadi lanjutan cerita, bukan iklan yang harus dilewatkan.

Vici yang diceritakan diawal cerita tidak terlihat dibeberapa judul kecil. Justru Candra seorang bocah mampu berinteraksi lebih banyak kepada tokoh dibandingkan Agit yang menjadi tokoh utama dalam Novel ini.

Terdapat syair-syair garing yang diciptakan Agit secara sepontan setelah meninggalkan rumah Vici. Syair itu benar-benar menceritakan isi hati Agit. Namun hal itu justru menimbulkan rasa geli, sebab mencoba menyanyikannya. Djokolelono juga pandai memainkan cerita yang sederhana dan mudah dipahami, bahkan untuk pembaca awam sekalipun.

Tokoh yang diceritakan berperan penting dalam alur cerita. Dalam novel ini terdapat judul-judul kecil hingga 20 buah. Sangat disayangkan, dalam novel masih terdapat penulisan yang salah ketik, penggunaan awalan juga masih kurang diperhatikan. Akhir cerita yang singkat, hanya menjelaskan kepergian Vici serta kesuksesan Agit terkesan menggantung.

Novel ini yang cocok untuk remaja yang beranjak dewasa, karena terdapat bagian yang menceritakan tentang keseksian seorang wanita dan nafsu. Djokolelono menyampaikannya dengan frontal namun bahasa yang dipilihnya dekat dengan kalangan remaja. Secara keseluruhan, novel ini sangat direkomendasikan bagi pembaca, karena ceritanya menarik. Menjelaskan perjuangan seorang pemuda biasa saja menuju sebuah kesuksesan.
